"Do not get Auto Insurance with State Farm. They are not only high in premium comparing to other insurance companies, but also bad on handling claims. They cant defend you from false claim, they pay your car body demage with replacement parts not the original, I had put up with that thinking that's the norm. But recently I got a quote from a different insurance company, provided same coverage with less than half what the State Farm charged. I accepted the quote, and called Jeffrey Campbell's office on May 14 to inform them that I would not renew my policy after June 26. I received a cancelation notice in the mail stated as such. Everything seems cool. but four days later, State Farm issued another letter stated that it's mutual rescind agreement on the coverage, therefore any loss would not be covered from May 14 to June 26. That would leave me 6 weeks no coveraged which I have already paid for, yes, the letter said they would refund the premium, but that's not what I agreed to. This is tatic to disrupt and itimidate comsumer. I contacted Jeffrey Campbell's offce they first denied and when presented the second letter, they said they had nothing to do but that's system generated letter that I had coveraged. Would you take their words for it while you have a letter black and white stated that you dont have coverage that you had paid for? I have been customer with this agency since 1995. Trusted with their integrity and service. The trust is over. Not only State Farm getting rotten but their agent as well. Shop wisely, and monitor your policy status."
